We do not collect special categories of Personal Data (also known as "sensitive personal data"), such as health information, biometric data for identification purposes, religious beliefs, political opinions, or trade union membership. The only exception is government-issued identification documents (KTP, passport, SIM) collected solely for age verification and identity confirmation during the KYC process.

The pgbett Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to deliver core functionality, maintain security, and analyze usage patterns. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device that allows the Platform to recognize you across sessions.

If your Account is closed due to a Terms & Conditions violation or suspected fraud, we may retain your data for a longer period (up to 10 years) to prevent you from circumventing an Account ban by re-registering under a different identity.

You can request a machine-readable copy of your Personal Data to transfer to another service provider, where technically feasible.

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

The pgbett Platform is intended exclusively for individuals aged 21 years or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a person under 21, we will delete that data immediately and close any associated Account without notice. Any deposits made by a person under 21 will be returned to the source account; any winnings will be forfeited.
