Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), and any form of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. If pgbett detects that you have opened or are attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other identifying attribute — all duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately and any Balance or Bonus Funds associated with those Accounts may be forfeited without notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and subsequently maintained in your Account profile remains accurate and up to date. If your personal details change (for example, a new phone number or bank account), you must update your Account promptly by contacting our support team.
KYC Verification: pgbett may request identity verification documents at any time, including upon first withdrawal request, when unusual account activity is detected, or as part of routine compliance checks. Commonly accepted documents include a KTP (Indonesian national identity card), passport, or SIM (driver's license), accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
pgbett reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. pgbett strongly recommends the following security practices:
pgbett will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Any wagers placed or withdrawals processed through your Account before you report a security breach will be treated as authorized transactions.
pgbett will never contact you via any channel to request your password. If you receive any such request purportedly from pgbett, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately at [email protected].
pgbett accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposit transactions are subject to the following terms:
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and fund seizure pending investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering: pgbett applies international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any illegal activity.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
pgbett reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC review, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, pgbett will notify you via email and provide an estimated resolution timeframe where possible.
Repeated withdrawal requests that are subsequently reversed to gameplay are flagged by our risk management systems and may prompt a review of your Account.

pgbett's decision on all betting matters — including void bets, result disputes, and payout calculations — is final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in Clause 17.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:
pgbett cooperates with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies where prohibited activities are identified. We reserve the right to share Account information with such authorities where legally required or where we deem it appropriate to protect the integrity of the Platform.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the pgbett brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pgbett or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:
Any use of Platform content beyond this limited license requires the prior written consent of pgbett. Unauthorized use of pgbett's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pgbett, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, pgbett's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) Rp 5,000,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pgbett's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
pgbett reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon Account closure for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days, following completion of any pending security reviews.
You may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcomes; winnings will be disbursed before the Account is closed.

If you continue to use the Platform after the effective date of any amendments, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming and e-commerce law.
